History of the Earth

Updated: Feb 26

This is a series of documents detailing the history of our world according to the Bible primarily and then secular timelines as a secondary source.

History of the Earth Timeline: Age of Myths 0 - 1656 A.C. / 4080 - 2424 B.C.

History of the Earth Timeline is my attempt to provide a better historical timeline for our world than what non-Christians have presented to us. It is based primarily on the Bible, though it does attempt to connect with non-Biblical historical records as well.

History of the Earth Timeline: Age of Division 1657 - 2107 A.C. / 2423 - 1973 B.C.

Part 2 of the History of the Earth Timeline, it is my attempt to provide a better historical timeline for our world than what non-Christians have presented to us. It is based primarily on the Bible, though it does connect with non-Biblical historical records to the best of my abilities. This time period is from the Great Flood of Noah up through the covenant that God and Abraham made.

History of the Earth Timeline: Age of Promise 2108 - 2698 A.C. / 1972 - 1382 B.C.

Part 3 of the History of the Earth Timeline, it is my attempt to provide a better historical timeline for our world than what non-Christians have presented to us. This time period is from the birth of Isaac up through the beginning of the Exodus.

History of the Earth Timeline: Age of Empires: 2699 - 4078 A.C. / 1381 - 2 B.C.

Part 4 of the History of the Earth Timeline, it is my attempt to provide a better historical timeline for our world than what non-Christians have presented to us. This time period is from the Exodus to the Birth of Christ. This is probably one of the most vital times in the history of the world. During this age, great empires rise and fall, and so does Israel. The world is forever shaped by rulers such as David, Solomon, Nebuchadnezzar, Cyrus, Alexander the Great, and Rome.

History of the Earth Timeline: Age of Fulfillment 4079 A.C. - Present / 1 B.C. - Present

Part 5 of the History of the Earth Timeline, it is my attempt to provide a better historical timeline for our world than what non-Christians have presented to us. This time period is from the births of John the Baptist and Jesus through to the present. It focuses heavily on the life of Jesus, putting the four Gospels together in harmony to form a single set of events about our Savior's life, death, and resurrection. Following this, it briefly details Church history from that time until now.

History of the Earth Timeline: Age of Peace

Part 6 of the History of the Earth Timeline, it is my attempt to provide a better historical timeline for our world than what non-Christians have presented to us. This is a timeline of events surrounding The End Times from The Beginning of Sorrows to The Eternal Kingdom, concluding the History of the Earth. Contained within this period are: The Beginning of Sorrows, The Apocalypse, The Rise of the Antichrist, The Great Tribulation, The Second Coming of Jesus Christ, The Millennial Reign, and Jesus' Eternal Kingdom. There are also notes and details about The Rapture, when it takes place, The Great White Throne Judgment and how God will judge the world, and other such topics that will undoubtedly shake people up.

This time period is the most controversial, so I almost didn't post it. I do not want to create debates and arguing, but I do feel that it is good to discuss The End Times and to try to work out what the scriptures ACTUALLY say about them. If you read it and don't agree, research it yourself, and feel free to leave me feedback with your own research, scripture references, etc. I encourage it, in fact, for I do not want to post anything that the Bible doesn't actually say.

PLEASE, again, keep in mind that there are MANY theological views on all of these items throughout the numerous Christian denominations, so obviously Christians have been debating and arguing over these topics for generations. Because of this, I HIGHLY recommend you do your own research and ESPECIALLY look into anything you don't agree with. Ask yourself why you believe what you believe. Is it what the Bible actually says, or is it just what you've been told?
